Welcome to the new normal. God I hate that term. The post Covid boom is gone. There has been no post strike boom like we had hoped. It's more like the post strike bust. There are shows out there for sure. We have been very blessed to be a part of quite a few since the start of the year. But, the 2021-2022 boom is gone. Studios are being overly cautious. Studios are waiting, for what? We don't know. Maybe the possibility of the IATSE and IBT negotiations? Or is the spending spree just over? Maybe there are too many platforms out there. Here at our house we can't afford to have every single streaming service that's out there. There are so many out there. In talking in entertainment circles, I think the number of services out there is going to have to coalesce to a smaller number, with those studios not making it in the streaming world selling their content to those streamers that made the cut. Who knows where we land? I don't think anyone does. But with Wall Street being the new boss, it will be difficult to ever return to the time of film and television being just an art form for entertainment. Wall Street wants its numbers, come hell or high water. Which by the way, is a fantastic movie with Taylor Sheridan at the helm, check it out. Good luck out there and we all hope you allow us to be a part of your future and present shows. We look forward to hearing from each of you!
